Note that your name will show in the list of options for anyone that visits this voting page after you have made your nomination, but obviously anyone that has previously voted will NOT be able to vote for you.

If there are no nominations for a role, please select ‘none of the above’ or nominate & vote for yourself 🙂

2021 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Sunray & Egmont Community Residents Association (SECra) will take place on Saturday 17th July 2021 at 6pm. Due to current restrictions, it will be held online via Zoom.

This is your opportunity to see everything that we have achieved this year and learn more about the ongoing and planned projects for next year and, also, an opportunity to be part of the discussion about how SECra should approach the coming year and provide feedback and suggestions.

The new committee is voted in at the AGM and, this year, to provide as much opportunity as possible for everyone to have a say, even you can’t attend the AGM, the vote will be online. 2021/2022 Committee Nomination Form

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Sunray & Egmont Community Residents Association (SECra) will take place on Saturday 17th July 2021 at 6pm. Due to current restrictions, it will be held online via Zoom, but there may be an opportunity for some limited, covid safe, in-person meeting – this will be determined by government guidelines and feasibility options closer to the time.

As per our constitution, the general committee and executive positions are nominated and voted in each year. There are four executive positions: Chair, vice-chair, secretary & treasurer and 8 general committee member positions. Anyone from the Sunray & Egmont community can nominate themselves for one of these positions and the vote will be held at the AGM.

SECra Committee Meeting 5th May 2021

The next Committee Meeting will be at 8pm on Wednesday 5th May 2021 via Zoom.

Everyone is welcome to join – you can raise any issues, concerns or questions at the meeting or you can submit them prior to the meeting by emailing hello@secra.org.uk

To ensure transparency and online safety, all attendees will need to enter the passcode (listed below) before being able to join the meeting and once in the meeting will need to initially have their camera on and identify themselves by name and which road they live in. After all introductions, the meeting will be recorded, at which point you are free to turn your camera off.
