There has been much talk about setting up wild flower corridors over recent months. During the early part of last spring / summer, due to limited council resource and lock down measures many green spaces such as road side verges were left to grow and natural wild flower corridors were formed.

Sunray residents have been in touch telling us how much they loved this idea and were keen to see more, so in agreement with ID Verde and Kingston Council we are trialing some re-wilding right here on the estate.

Residents in Meadway have started the trend with our first wild flower corridor established this weekend.

Pardon the weeds, we are feeding the bees, and butterflys and other delightful bugs. As always if you like what you see and want some help setting up something similar don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can leave a comment below or email hello@secra.org.uk and we will do the rest.
