The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Sunray & Egmont Community Residents Association (SECra) will take place in July 2021. Due to current restrictions, it is likely to be held online via Zoom, but there may be an opportunity for some limited, covid safe, in-person meeting – this will be determined by government guidelines and feasibility options closer to the time.

As per our constitution, the general committee and executive positions are nominated and voted in each year. There are four executive positions: Chair, vice-chair, secretary & treasurer and 8 general committee member positions. Anyone from the Sunray & Egmont community can nominate themselves for one of these positions and the vote will be held at the AGM.
